Emerald Green is a true medium green pigment. This pigment has a nice texture (if not a little bit chunky) and applies smoothly both wet and dry. It can be pretty sheer when applied dry, but wet it darkens and looks more opaque.

I would recommend this pigment for anyone who wants to rock a green eye. This green is great because it's right in the middle, it isn't too dark or too light, or too blue or too yellow. It's the Goldilocks of greens! I personally love wearing green eyeshadow, so this piggie is right up my alley. This pigment would also make a gorgeous eyeliner or mascara color.

Despite being an unconventional color, it is pretty versatile. It pairs well with browns, purples and blues. I personally like to wear this pigment with Golden Lemon, Silver Fog, Chocolate Brown and Violet.

This pigment is definitely on the good side of MAC pigments, it has a nice texture and applies easily enough. It blends pretty easily for such a dark color and can be sheered out for adding just a touch of green to your makeup.

Until next time!
